Dr. Colin McKay firmly believes in the importance of providing comprehensive care to patients, considering their overall well-being. His primary goal is to serve and heal others with empathy, which is why he chose to pursue a career in podiatry. Starting Tri-Cities Podiatry is a source of gratitude and pride for Dr. McKay. He is excited to continue offering the excellent care Tri-Cities knows him for in his new Richland office.
Having grown up in Arizona, Colin obtained an accounting degree from BYU Idaho. However, his true calling was in the field of medicine, leading him to attend medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in California. He considers himself blessed to have completed his residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, where he received advanced training in foot and ankle surgery.
Colin and his wife are thrilled to call Pasco their home, as it brings them closer to their family. In his free time, he enjoys engaging in diverse hobbies such as beekeeping, biking, raising chickens, gardening, playing chess, and playing the bagpipes. Colin has a deep passion for learning and strives to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of podiatry.

Dr. Brian Freeman, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with 15 years of experience dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate care to patients in the Tri-Cities region. He specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques and advanced reconstructive procedures, helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
Originally raised on a farm in Basin City, Dr. Freeman is a native of the Tri-Cities region and enjoys giving back to his community. He understands the importance of patient-centered care, especially after one of his seven children was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This experience deepened his empathy and fueled his passion for finding solutions that minimize pain and maximize function.
Dr. Freeman is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has served as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and has presented at several conferences. He is also the founder of Clipt, a company that provides in-home foot and nail care for the elderly.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Freeman enjoys gardening, wakeboarding, watching college football and basketball, and exploring the cosmos through astronomy. He believes that nearly all things are possible if we have the will to do it, and he brings that same optimistic approach to his practice.
