Wound Care

Dr. McKay completed residency training with an emphasis in limb salvage and advanced wound healing techniques, giving our practice a strong focus on saving limbs and restoring quality of life. We understand how deeply foot wounds can impact daily function, which is why we use evidence-based strategies to protect mobility while promoting healing. Our approach includes offloading solutions to reduce pressure and support movement, while still giving the wound the environment it needs to recover.

We offer advanced wound care treatments, including Qoustic™ wound therapy — a gentle, non-invasive ultrasound technique that helps break up damaged tissue and stimulate new healing — as well as placental wound grafts that provide natural biological support to help rebuild healthy tissue. Our goal is to keep you moving, healing, and living your life with confidence.

We utilize advanced debridement techniques, graft placement, offloading, and comprehensive wound care to accelerate your healing.

Our multidisciplinary team addresses blood flow, infection control, and metabolic optimization through diet and diabetes education, promoting sustained healing.

We provide diabetic shoe, orthotic, and brace management to optimize and maintain healing.

Skin & Nail Care

  • Warts

Hammertoes

Hammertoes occur when the toes become bent or stiff, making shoes uncomfortable and walking painful. We help determine whether conservative treatments like shoe modifications, splinting, or orthotic support can relieve discomfort — and when surgical correction may provide the best long-term outcome. Our goal is to reduce pain, improve alignment, and help your feet feel more natural again.

Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown toenails can be painful and frustrating, especially when they come back again and again. We offer safe, effective treatments to relieve pain and prevent infection — including procedures that target the underlying cause so the problem is less likely to return. Our care is gentle and patient-focused, with both same-day relief options and long-term solutions for chronic cases.

Joint Pain & Arthritis of the Feet & Ankles

Foot and ankle joint pain can make everyday activities feel difficult. We evaluate what’s causing the discomfort — whether it’s arthritis, overuse, injury, or structural alignment issues — and create personalized treatment plans to support mobility. Options may include custom orthotics, targeted therapies, minimally invasive procedures, and lifestyle adjustments that help restore comfort and function.
